Today, you have to pull of off/out and put it into place. Stupid. I blame TV ER shows, along with the whole, "FBCs, BGT, CEs, ESR, LFTs, TFTs.... STAT!!!" - yeah the patient would have arrested or bled out by the time those were done haha.
